        The bed here are way to soft,wife didn't sleep good because of the beds be so soft.

        Staff was friendly and gave us a room overlooking the go-cart track, which is what I requested for my kids. The room seemed clean, there were a few stray hairs in the bathroom, nothing major. Some of the fixtures could use a little upgrading. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The ice machine on 3rd floor wasn't working but did find one working on another floor. We did enjoy the full breakfast. There was good selection of items and everything was fresh. I would get to the breakfast area early as it seemed to be a bit crowded between 8am and 10am. Overall it was a decent hotel and I would stay there again.

        When we first arrived, everything appeared to be fine,but after we were assigned our room, we noticed the bathroom reeked of pee so much til we went to the nearby Kroger to purchase clorox and gloves, I actually cleaned the bathroom to make it liveable for our time there, the shower had a horrible leak that made it impossible to shower, Best Western need to really think about giving themselves a three star rating, I struggled to even give them a 1 star rating, buttom line is, it's almost unsanitary to stay there.
