No towels in room. Stayed 3 days house keeping didnt come knock and clean one time or offer clean towels. Saw people asking for vacuums to clean their own room. Had to ask for blankets. No iron, had to steam my clothes in shower. Bathroom had hair all over the walls and door. Great location but definitely over priced. Room was spacious. Stayed in a double but definitely poor customer service. Rooms: Rooms didnt have towels or blankets on bed. No iron, blow dryer. Bathroom really small.

Janky. No phone. No shelving or cabinets for bath items. The pull-out couch was rough and unstable. There was a plate of old pasta left in the microwave. The balcony door wouldnt close correctly. In fact, the rooms do not look like advertised. One of the pools was DIRTY. This was a no-tell motel experience at best.

The rooms are decent for being on the ocean. Price was reasonable to what you get. There was no room service, and we had to get our own towels each day at the front desk. No bugs and the view is amazing. Parking was terrible.

Worst place to stay at. First off the rooms were not cleaned the tv was broken. Beds looked cleaned until I noticed bed bugs. Also if u need to park good luck hard to find a spot. I ended up leaving early due to all these issues.
