Scooby's Ice Cream Bar & Grill

I brought my family to myrtle beach for spring break. I had been bragging ( due to a trip my father brought us here some years back(excellent experience)) about scooby's the whole planning of the trip. We'll on today the man was very rude! He be cause very rude when asked about extra seasoning and extra granola. when my teenager daughters walk in and order food. He refuse to sell me anymore drinks until I my children showed I'd! The drink was for me. How you refuse an ID person a drink. I won't tell or visit here again. Thanks for ruining my children experience.

So on my vacation we decided to take a trip to scoobys. I asked for a Philly cheesesteak, but I was given a wrap Philly cheesesteak instead. I did not change it because it was OK but after that he was very rude. He was not only rude to me, but he was rude to my friends. he did not call my order number on the intercom so I did not hear that him so when I came up there, he said this is the problem. he was telling me that I was the problem didnt have the nerve to roll his eyes at me. not only that he is very unsanitary and does not wear hair nuts and is touching on all of the orders of ice cream before he gives it to people.

I came to Myrtle Beach with my friends for spring break. We went there to eat our second night and it was terrible. The guy working up front was so disrespectful, he was simply just aggressive. Not only that, he was so unsanitary. All of the staff was. No hairnets. No gloves. He even touched the icecream with his own hands, putting his whole head into the icecream thing. I would never EVER go there again, this experience was bad. It was SO bad I would give it a 0.. but I cant so Ill give it one. Terrible everything. Even the food didnt hit.

For this place to be located on the beach and for the prices to be as low for a whole meal is pretty good to me.
