I bought my gas golf cart in aug 2021, My salesman was Paul he was great. I bought a refurbished cart and upon delivery noticed small scratches in the rear of the canopy. The service dept was out and replaced the top and adjusted my seat for us.They were excellent im very pleased so far. D.Collier

Customer service should be a Big Fat "0"! My husband and I walked in to the establishment. Walked around inside, walked around outside. Was interested in a golf cart. The manager on duty never said a word to us! Not Hi, not bye, not a be with you in a moment. Never an acknowledgement that we even entered his establishment. There was only 1 other customer in the whole store. After 25 minutes of being ignored we left and purchased a golf cart somewhere else that bothers to take care of their potential customers!

Bought a refurbished golf cart. Had a minor oil leak 6 months after purchasing. I called and within a week they came out and did a full service and repair. Also I live 2hrs. away! I am very pleased. They stand behind their products!
