excellent customer service, on time and very informative. they can see through walls with the thermal imaging and it was very helpful to see where we can save money just doing some simple things like new weather strips or caulking in certain areas. Also if you have any mold issues they can take care of that. all around great company

We called Bactronix when some mold was found during a plumbing leak repair. Daria was very helpful in explaining the process of mold assessment and remediation. Hands down the most amazing specialty company in the grand strand. I have had such a hard time convincing my apartment complex that I had a mold issue and most companies in Myrtle offer mold testing, but at a very high cost. Bactronix offers a standard package for $300. Their tech was kind and the turnaround time for results quick. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you all so much. I now have enough info to fight for my families wellness and plan accordingly.
