Never encountering the criminal justice system personally, it was a scary situation and as a paralegal in the legal profession, the first attorney I thought to call was Kirk Truslow and he was on the phone with me within 45 minutes of events occurring with instructions and confidence. Being a paralegal by trade, and client by unfortunately circumstances, I can say with 100% certainty that Kirk is a one of a kind attorney and will do whatever necessary to assist in a case, handle it with professionalism and never speak to you as you are “less than”., regardless charges/situations. After retaining Kirk, he diligently, thoroughly and competently handled the matter and found a positive resolution that I’m not certain many criminal attorneys in this area could have found. The matter lasted a long, hard five years and he was there throughout for legal guidance, meetings, presentations, negotiations, hearings and so forth.
