Several weeks ago my husband and I contracted AF1 Construction for a complete remodel of our home. This included replacing approximately 2000sq ft of flooring as needed, meaning some finished floor was replaced as was some damaged subfloor and joists. Included was the Removal of a 3 x 5 custom tile shower and replacing it with a similar shower requiring precise workmanship. This process took approximately 4 weeks to complete. The quality of the work was impeccable. The quality of the crews work was above average. They cleaned up before they left each day and took time on more than one occasion to help us carry heavy furniture in and out of the house. Our experience with AFI Construction was excellent and they have our unconditional recommendation for their character work ethic and skill.

We needed to renovate our house, it is an old house and we were not happy with the aesthetics, we made some estimates but we felt quite confident in what AF1 Construction proposed to us. We started with changes to the flooring and paintwork which brought a fresh and modern touch to the house, improving its overall aesthetic. The remodeling of the bathroom added a lot of functionality and modernity. Overall, the renovations and the team's agility successfully transformed the space. We are very happy.

Fixing up our porch and deck made a big difference in our outdoor setup. Picking out the design and materials with the AF1 team boosted how good things look and how long they last.
