Used them to put in an addition on my home, we have wanted a guest house for some years now. After receiving many estimates it seemed Ecr llc had given us the best estimate. We decided to move forward with them, and it ended up being a great decision. They were prompt, very professional and finished our project with skill. Tom Roman showed up with his girlfriend and determined the heating element was out without looking. I assumed this was the problem since I had spoken to several people. He has to order the part, so there was a deposit, which I paid by check. No show at the following appointment. We called twice, left a message, no call backs. No he wont newer the phone. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I hired him to put a clear roof on a pergola, fix my dryer, install a replacement ceiling fan and light. He wants half of the money up front-dont do it! After all kinds of excuses and problems he showed up at 7pm a couple of weeks later. They installed my roof in less than an hour. You can imagine the quality. Terrible! When I complained he was very apologetic and said hed make good. We arranged a time for him to come. No show, no word, no replies to any of my texts. He also got money from mr for dryer parts that I never received. I asked him for my money back and havent heard a word back from him. This guy is dishonest. Do not hire him!

Me and my wife hired Ecr llc to build our custom home, after a month of working out the Logistics with permits. Ecr built our home within there deadline, I enjoyed watching them put our dreams into reality. There management team was very responsive and communicative, any issues that arrived during the process they were very open about made the right adjustments and got the job done with complete professionalism.
