I bought a new construction in Rosehaven in March of 2023, when I did my final walk through I didnt have and issues with back yard as it hadnt rained and had no clue it had a water issue, I had a few things that needed to be done like they were supposed to clean the house prior to walk through and garage, neither was done, they in writing said they would do prior to me moving in a few weeks later, it never got done and when I asked was told someone would be there and then they didnt show again, I had to hire cleaners to come in as I had construction dust and pieces everywhere! This isnt acceptable and I asked for reimbursement and they refused and lied saying they came but my painter was here, he was not here painting when they said they came! Thats not the worst part, I had flooding the first few weeks I moved in and was told again they would fix it! They put sand all around and on the sod and just created a mud pit! I went back and forth about this now for several months and no response to my many emails and talks yo the workers! This builder is a joke and wont fix anything they say so if you are looking to buy from them walk away and dont trust a word they or the realtors say!! Not 1 person has been helpful and if I could give them negative stars I would! I am now looking into legal action as I am not the only one in neighborhood whos had problems and no response at all!!
