Im from New England so I grew up on Dunkin and know exactly how it should taste. We all know Dunkin is one of the most inconsistent chains out there, but this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at one. They couldnt remember our simple order and messed both of our drinks up to the point where they were both completely inedible. We had one sip each and had to throw them out. The iced coffee tasted like chemical burns and my so-called raspberry iced tea tasted like the most watered down iced tea youve ever had and like there was someone whispering raspberry 50 feet away from you. Normally I can push through and drink my drink if Dunkin is having a weaker day, but these were absolutely foul. My first time here and Ill never be back :(

Chancellor is a great asset to this location. He's super friendly and really cares about his customers. He even recognizes his regulars. And he always has a smile on his face.
