Walk in shower installed with great cleanup. Done in two half days with a few issues that were mostly corrected in a relatively timely manner. Nice showroom. Personable and not pushy at all! Products are very nice, with great displays. Just make sure they get order correct so that you get what you ordered. Also, Joe, who installed hardware and doors is arrogant and irritating, and you'll be glad to get him out of your house. Gary and Travis were awesome, however. If it weren't for Joe, Easton would get 4 stars.

Working with staff at store is a joy! They answer/explained what was available and how installation worked. Shower stall guys did a fine job. Plumbing/hardware guy hung shower doors. Upon inspection, found doors to be crooked with wall. This left a gap1" to 1 1/2" between wall hardware and door edge. Apparently walls aren't plumb with horizontal door support. This wasn't taken into new construction. Adjustments could have been made to make shower walls square with door hanger. Called Easton about issues. Sent out "The Supervisor" who upon sizing up issue said: " Yah walls are crooked." When l attempted to suggest a couple ideas that could have eliminated this situation, he interrupted me and started laughing and laughing, condescendingly. He stated the doors and hardware are as bought as a kit and he'd done thousands and new what he was doing. If so, must be hundreds of doors that don't fit properly. The fix he suggested was, once in shower, reach around doors and close outer door so there wouldn't be as bad of a gap. There's a handle bar on inner door for closing correct inner door. There is, of course, a fix. When installing new wall back boards, make them plumb! After his condescending laughing and lack of listening, it was suggested that he leave our house. Had it not been for The Supervisor's last visit, Easton would have deserved all the stars. It's a shame after spending a lot things turned out poorly. No more business from us! James and Kathleen
