Euro Imports

Hello to all the general public, this is the worst workshop I have ever seen in Myrtle Beach. They are very irresponsible when it comes to fixing a vehicle, we took our bus and they fixed it half way paying a lot of money for the labor and a few days later it came back and it was damaged due to the same problem that we took it with us in the end they never fixed it there are so many things I would like to say about this workshop that I would spend hours writing. I purchased a 750i BMW from Sam October 2021 and it is April and I haven't received my title yet. As of today, I still havent received my $661 Sam stated by text that he would refund me after having to pay for taxes and tags

I visited Euro Imports to buy my e39 540i from Sam and his partner. I drove the car and continued to have problems with it. I brought it back to have work done on multiple occasions. My first visit, they fixed my car quickly and promptly. My 2nd visit, I agreed on a time to meet him at the shop to drop off my car and talk about what I needed done. He never showed up. I called and texted with messages stating what I needed done to the car. After 2 months of waiting, he finally said they would work on my car and requested that I send timing chain parts (~$800) to him for my work to be completed. I immediately shipped them (I live 2 hours away) and notified him. It took another month or 2 before I was told my car is ready. When I came to pick up the car, all seemed well. I brought it to my local BMW dealership to verify the work had been done and get an inspection. I was told that my timing chain had never been replaced and showed no signs of ever being tampered with. I have now been trying to get in contact with euro imports and Sam in particular for a refund for my parts and towing expenses because nothing had been done to my car. I have been ignored everyday and when I am able to make contact I am brushed off and played down every time. I am now out around $1200 for parts and towing and cannot seem to contact anyone from euro imports to assist me. I have been scammed and robbed. If someone from euro imports does not contact me in the next week, I will be pursuing legal action. Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Engine repair
