Warning to J1 students!!!!! This house was a shelter for homeless and drug addicted ppl! Nobody has told us about that! Dont rent this house its a shi*hole! It is in dangerous neighborhood 3rd Ave n is called Heroine alley. A person was shot across the street a week before I arrived! It is right next to a Bumb smells terrible, there are lots of flies inside the house, cockroaches, some ppl had bed bugs!!! Furniture is super old, nothing was renewed from times when it was a shelter! I wish someone wrote a review about it before I had to experience it on myself!!!!! Go to fb groups and find accommodation there, absolutely not recommend!!! No stars...
