        Needed a banner for the tent at our arts and craft shows. Sent Shawn a file. He said it would work. Our banner was done in one day and looks great!!! Great customer service and what a nice person to help with our job. Thanks Shawn!!

        Unfortunately, the front desk person has no customer service skills.  Our company has used them many times prior to my employment, but I was not impressed with their tactics and practice of laying blame, especially by telephone.  We were quoted a price for pads, but the product was boxed, therefore the owner didn't realize the mistake when he picked them up.  No one bothered to bring it to his attention.  I sent several emails to get the error corrected, but they refused to answer.  We have since discovered MinuteMan is half the price, and the turn-around it 3 days, not 2 weeks as Pronto requires.Beware of the inflated prices.
