Tidelands Health Family Medicine at Prince Creek

With so many good reviews, I am wondering why I am having such a hard time getting through to the Tidelands Prince Creek office. My 87 yr old mother is STILL waiting an antiobiotic Rx from labs that were ready 4 days ago? This is notorious with Tidelands doctor's offices. I can't be the only one? It is SO difficult to get through by phone. Then they want you to communicate through MY CHART but it is not monitored every day, then when you do get through one has to go through a CALL CENTER and not the office itself, then you have to rely on someone to get a message to the doctor or nurse. It is miserable and very stressful.

it took me a while with Tidelands to find a doctor. I was truly comfortable with. Office staff in the other office I went to were not the best. When I request something from Dr. Dunn it is always taken care of. His office staff is also very thorough and responsive.

The whole staff was very pleasant. Dr. Epperson answered all my questions and then some. I felt I had the best care. Would definitely recommend!

Staffs are not helpful. Refer coordinator is trouble. Bad experience ever. They dont pick up phone call and when we go to office they were just chatting. Refused to re-fax refer later even another end said they didnt get fax. Looking for new doctor. Dr. Latimer is find. But office staffs are not professional.
