My husband and I bought our first home with Tracys help in 2018. It was a no brainer to reach out to her again while we were considering buying a new home and selling our current one. The housing market is extremely competitive right now and we werent sure if the timing would be right. We knew we would have no chance competing with other offers if we added a contingency to sell our home. Tracy introduced us to the Knock Home Swap Program, which enabled us to take out a loan for down payment on the new home that would be paid back as soon as we sold our current home. Not only did we find our perfect home for growing our family, we sold our old home for 12% higher than asking within three days of listing. There is no one I would trust more than Tracy with home selling and buying needs!

Tracy is an amazing real estate agent who went above and beyond to help us make a HUGE move from NY to SC.
