Walmart Vision & Glasses

I had a great experience at the vision center today. I was helped by Michelle. She was extremely professional and listened carefully , answered all of my questions and figured out what would work best for me. I gave five stars because it is hard to find good customer service anymore and Michelle exceeded my expectations! She is a great representation of how we all would like to be treated and should be treated as Walmart customers.

Like everything at Walmart the Vision Center is a bare bones operation that offers complete service at prices below what is charged elsewhere. The selection of frames is vast and daunting but Ginger Arnold is especially good at helping customers make selections that they will be happy with once picked up and put to use. Combined with the excellent eye care center next door the Walmart Vision Center is the place to go for eye exams and eye glasses.

The manager Ginger, helped me buy two sets of glasses and was patient and informative. I had a problem with on of my glasses a few months later and I was past the oops date but she treated me professionally and fixed my problem. She even noticed my other glasses were not adjusted properly and fixed them on the spot with a smile. She also gave me some cleaning wipes for my trouble. She is amazing and really shows that she gives a damn about her clients. I hope upper management recognizes her superior service and even considers using her service of a model of how it should be. If nothing else, someone owes her a nice lunch!

I went to this store for make new glasses ,but because I spend my insurance coverage in my contact lens I was looking just for changing the glasses and reused one of my several old frames.So the person who did attend me first didn't like the idea and ,it's was rude and unfriendly. The young lady in practice was nice . The price they gave me just for the crystals or whatever the material, it was incredibly expensive and they don't take the time to write me on any specific details about them.They just toll me the price verbally . Bad and Expensive service!!
