Was having recurrent corneal abrasions for a couple years before my optometrist finally diagnosed and referred me to Dr. ODay. They are very thorough with all the tests they perform on your eyes. Turns out it was caused by dry eyes , something I have to treat every day but I cant remember the last time Ive had an abrasion (which are extremely painful). Staff is friendly, wait time is minimal. Dr. ODay is friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Waited nearly 3 hours past appointment time before they even started. One of the patients in the waiting room had to reschedule because he waited so long. Another couple told me they waited 4 hours yesterday and had to come back today.

Dr O'Day is the worst physician I have ever seen. He is rude & does not listen to the patient. When I could feel him sticking something in my eye I told him & he proceeded to tell me I could not feel it. He did my LASIK  eye surgery & now  the Cornea in my right eye is loose & my vision is worse than before I had the surgery. I now have to see a cornea specialist. This doctor does not even deserve 1 star and needs to be reported to the medical board.

I had my free consultation yesterday. The staff was nice enough, even though I had to sit and listen to two of the technicians talk terribly about another patient, saying he was lying about wearing contacts etc. The appointment took two hours which I expected. But at 4:45 one of the technicians stuck their head in to say "Dr. O'day needed to be out by 5:15, how much longer". They rushed me through the rest of my procedure, dilated my eyes and made me watch a video. Then when it was time to meet with the doctor they took me to Olivia in finance and she tried lying for Dr. O'day telling me he needed to do more calculations. When I asked if it's because he had to leave she said probably. I had to leave work an hour early, find someone to cover my call and I spent 2 hours in the office and still don't know if I'm a candidate. No one bothered to call me the day after and my surgery was scheduled two days later! Olivia did give me the option to finish my consultation at the time that surgery was scheduled but that would have been a wasted Saturday and an Uber ride if I wasn't a candidate! He is clearly all about money and not patient care. It was a free consultation, I guess you get what you pay for!!

We have been to this office 4 times in the past year. Our average wait in the waiting area has been nearly two hours. I am still waiting for my wife to be seen. Her appt. Was at 1:00 pm. It is now 3:25 and she is still waiting! This is NOT a surgery. Rather, this is a simple follow up. This should not be happening.

Business Response on Google Sep 5th, 2022
Dear Michelle, our staff deeply apologizes for the experience you had at our office. Extenuating circumstances affected us being able to complete your exam. Although we would be able to complete the final measurements on the same day of your procedure (a Saturday for your convenience), we understand your frustrations. It is our goal to provide the best patient care and apologize again, you did not receive our very best that day. We continuously work to improve.
