Working with Jon Cuty was a super experience. He went far and beyond any realtor we have used- Our latest property, was first shown to us via Facetime, due to the travel distance. Jon listened to what my husband and I wanted (more so me) and started the search. He's most professional, diligent, and listens. Jon guided me through the new-build process with ease, and acted as my proxy many times since I lived 900 miles away and could not attend all progress meetings with the builder. Jon was in constant contact with me over many months with phone calls, texts, photos and videos regarding my homesite. It was a pleasure working with Jon and I would highly recommend him to anyone when home hunting in the Charleston area.
