I am so incredibly impressed with Generator Supercenter of Charleston! I called with a time sensitive need. Kayla took my call, understood how important it was to get a service done ASAP and minutes later she called back with GREAT NEWS! She had a technician at the house that VERY afternoon. Kayla communicated with me throughout the afternoon to let me know everything was going according to plan- a true stress reliever. Everything is installed and working. I almost wish there would be a hurricane! I feel comforted knowing that if the worst happens, I'm covered. It's going to be fun laughing at my neighbors after a hurricane when I'm sitting inside with air conditioning....sssshhhhh!

That is why I invested in a whole house generator from Generator Supercenter. From financing to installation to permits Generator Supercenter took care of everything. There is a lot of peace of mind in knowing that when the power goes out your generator comes on.

They had the generator size we wanted in stock, install rather quickly compared to others we checked and did a good clean job with the install, they fixed the minor things which happened during the initial installation during the finial install /initial test / turnover and handled all the permit process. The PM Alyssa was great to work with.
