We had an excellent experience working with the K Hov team! Our sales team member, Jackie and construction manager, Daniel were responsive and worked hard to support us through each step of the process. We closed last month and are loving our new home! Our final walkthrough was extremely thorough. We have been impressed with the quality of the build and are loving the neighborhood and its location.

We have been living in our house at Liberty Hill Farm for a few months and are enjoying the house and the neighborhood. The location is great being close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and many other great places. Adriana was awesome through out the sales process and really made the process extraordinarily painless. The construction process was slowed by several supply chain issues and at one point we were questioning our decision. However, Tyler was assigned as our Construction Manager and he got the building process going and did a great job getting the house completed. Tyler kept us updated on the weekly progress and was always available to answer questions. Ive been very pleased that we have not had to have warranty items corrected since closing. We could have not asked or planned for better parters in the building process than Tyler and Adriana.
