Food was awful. Nothing tasted good as it usually does. Item missing also (highest priced item from my order). To corporate- you keep removing my favorite items!

Why are you closed at 1:20 pm? Doors locked at 12:45 3/22/24 at 12:45 with people eating inside. What is going on?

I ordered one chicken taco, soft, and a Cinnabon two pack. I received the chicken taco. Everything was cold all down to the meat. I return it to the young man standing at the register name Tyshon. He apologized to me and stated he would handle it. He took it to the back and explain to them that I needed my taco remade Because it was cold. There was a black girl wearing a red Large bonnet Loudly stating the taco would be cold because of the condiments that is on it because the lettuce. She continue to go back-and-forth with the young man that was asking to remake my top and I said something. I said loudly that the meat itself is cold as well as the cold condiments that come with it. I worked in Taco Bell from 2005 to 2010. I know the difference between cold meat and hot meat. That meat needed to be pulled off-line and put back to properly. After being frustrated I just asked for a refund. Its simple customer service. If a customer does not like our item that was prepared, you simply remaking. For you to go back-and-forth while Im standing there, listening to every word that you were saying is boggling to me. Very unprofessional and all three of those black ladies that were standing behind the Line need to go back into customer service training. They in return followed me outside. fact that I asked for my taco to be remade and they got an attitude is mind blowing to me. I simply stated to the young man that my food was cold and he felt it for himself and agreed with me as well. The cashier Tyshon did do everything that he could in order to make me happy including giving me voucher for a free taco. Which I was very pleased with. But those ladies that worked on the line WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I feel that if you cannot give customer service, you do not need to be working in any environment that people are in I was unable to get their names because no one had their name ID on.
