The dental staff are great but not the office staff. I was hit with a $366 bill from October after my emergency visit. A bill I would have been happy to pay months ago had I received any call about it. Because Im taking care of family money is very tight and I definitely could not afford to pay it in full. The older white lady there was not willing to accept a payment plan and was adamant it be paid today. I paid it. The dentists and assistants are great but if I have to pay full price I will be doing so at another office. One willing to work with me.

I had the most wonderful experience today at Coastal Family Dentistry! I had my teeth cleaned by Jamie and it was painless and wonderful conversation. Dr. Hunter checked my teeth and he was very kind and educational. I left feeling clean and happy!
