Beachy Dental at Mount Pleasant

Are these guys even still open? I had to switch dentist because my appointments keep getting cancelled and no one answers or is at the office, which I have made multiple trips to "stop in".

I made an appointment for Dr. Gillespie at 10am. No one told me he longer works there. I was surprised when I showed up for my appointment and the name had changed on the front door. Anyways, I go in at 9:45 and there's one patient already in the back. After a few minutes the nurse comes out and ask me to fill out some paperwork. I did and returned it. It is a few minutes before 10am and the nurse says the doctor will be right with you. I take a seat and sit there until 10:56. I was just going to leave at 11am. I'm not sure what the acceptable amount of time is to wait but after an hour not a single word...not "we are running behind, it's going to be a little while, would you like to reschedule" Absolutely nothing. The nurse finally comes and gets me. She takes an Xray and tells me to sit. I wait another 10 minutes and the nurse wants to discuss TREATMENT PLANS!?! I haven't even seen a doctor yet! At no time did the new dentist introduce himself, come talk to me, look at my mouth...NOTHING! My time is valuable and I find it unacceptable to be in a dentist for almost an hour and a half and never speak to the doctor. If I showed up an hour late for my appointment... Would the doctor still see me? The answer is NO! So I just left without ever seeing a doctor.

Will highly recommend them there service, the way they may you feel so comfortable like you belong. Everyone has your best interests at making sure you are a satisfied customer check them out.
