My daughter goes here and she loves it! The staff is very caring and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone new to the area looking for a quality daycare!

I am not one to typically leave bad reviews but I want to warn other parents how terrible our experience was at sunshine house. When I enrolled my son I decided to ignore the previous bad reviews and give this place a chance as a new director had just started and seemed promising. I totally regret that decision as this is the most unreliable and unprofessional daycare center. MULTIPLE times when I dropped my son off in the morning at opening (6:30am) no one was there and I had no phone numbers to contact to find out when someone would arrive. I once waited until 6:50 for the first opening employee to get there (making me late for work) and then once she got there I didnt even get a simple apology or explanation for why no one was there.. Sad to say, in the short time we were there this happened several times. And on days they were on time, this typically meant pulling into the parking lot at 6:30am, having to go in and get things settled before they were ready to take my son. We also had an issue with days that my son was scheduled to be there (I had confirmation in my email with the director) that it was overlooked and they werent able to take him for the day, causing my husband or I having to call out of work. In the short two months that my son was enrolled in this daycare center they have since gotten a new director (which seems to be a reoccurring issue) that would no longer offer us the enrollment hours in which we were promised by the previous director in efforts to fill all of their full time positions. Since the switch with new directors I had a hard time with communication, as my emails would go unanswered even after sending several. Overall, terrible experience all around with this center. Save your money and time and find a more reliable and reputable daycare for your kiddo.

As bad as I wanted to leave a 5 start review, I couldnt. Recently this establishment as changed horribly. The new director is trying his best to pull this place together & its not working. Ive had to take my child to work with me or pick her up early most days because of staffing issues & still having to pay full price. Theyve had an issue that got them terminated from the abc voucher program. If my daughter cant be at daycare FULL TIME because of staffing why would I pay FULL tuition? Hopefully they overcome this. My daughter had @ this place since my daughter was 6 months & Mrs. Tasha is the only reason this place is still standing!! Unfortunately I had to pull my daughter out. This place felt like home to us. Smh
