Would not recommend. We have been very patient, but have been let down over and over with several employees and the CPA. Unfortunately we paid a lot of money to make sure our taxes have been done correctly and it is clear the folks here dont know how to handle complicated situations. They filed so incorrectly that it looks like we owe the IRS more than $18K, but in reality that was not true. We asked for the taxes to be corrected and for return phone calls, but communication is not strength with this business. They have failed in multiple areas, and should make it a priority to correct their errors. I hope to see some progress soon and I am willing to modify this post if Kamee or Deana would fix what we paid a lot of money for them to do.
