I've been a customer of this bank for nearly twenty years. I needed to get a letter showing my routing and account number for direct deposit. I called the branch to see if they could have it ready for me to come pick up later, and was told I had to come in. I went in to the branch at approximately 1:30 pm. There were no other customers in the bank at all, and I observed at least 7 employees. A teller told me I had to wait for a particular CSR in an office who was on the phone. After standing in the lobby for approximately ten minutes, I observed that CSR hang up the phone. When I asked her if she could help me, she said she was going to lunch. At that point, I had had enough and left. When I called again to express my displeasure and to see if it could be prepared for me to come in and pick up upon showing ID so I wouldn't have to waste even more time standing around, the employee spoke extremely condescendingly to me and repeatedly cut me off as I spoke. Terrible customer service, which never was a problem here before.
