We were looking for a plumber to help with some issues we had been having for some time. Based on recommendations, we called Simpson Plumbing. Spoke to Becky and she said that they could squeeze me in between their schedule. Wow ! Great service right off the bat. She and Joe showed up at my house the next day and promptly fixed my plumbing issues. They were very professional, friendly and again, coming out the next day being a new customer was incredible. I then received a thank you card from them thanking me for choosing them. This has never happened with any plumbing service in all of my years. I can't say enough good things about Simpson Plumbing Service of Simpsonville. We had a broken pipe from a delivery person backing over the meter that was gushing water yesterday. Even though it was late when I called them, they were at the house within an hour! They could have easily put us off until the next day and left us without water for another day, but they came anyway. Despite the fact that it was very cold and dark while they repaired the pipes, they finished the work without problems. They were efficient and very friendly and reasonably priced. It's very difficult to find people who will do quality work in a timely manner, it's nearly impossible to find someone who does that AND is as honest and professional as Simpson Plumbing. I've used them several times and referred them to many people who have had the same experience. Top notch work & A1 customer service!
