Awful customer service. Place is outdated and old. Purchased something online saying it will be ready to pick up day of and now two days later it is still not ready. False advertising. I went in to ask if it was ready and had no problem waiting but customer service was rude in letting me know it isn't available. Next time I will just go in and buy it myself....but I instead will shop elsewhere all together.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered online 2 in stock items for store pickup. Seriously 2 small items that are found on the shelf. Waited a whole 24 hours and called the store. "Your items aren't ready yet because there are other people's orders in front of yours" they said without even asking me what my order number was. Waited another whole 24 hours and they still weren't ready. Finally called customer service and got them to cancel my order. Complete waste of my time.
