        Sharon and Chucky helped me immensely with phone concerns. Jennifer helped me with activating my new phone that I purchased with my insurance upgrade for only $40. Sharon went out of her way to help. Was super patient, kind and respectful. Definitely deserves a raise or a brand new iPhone or something! Chucky was patient and kind too.
