image I've been nothing but nice and understanding and accepting. I moved out here in January and was given the WORST apartment on the planet of apartments. After complaints and more complaints of the ROACHES, AND LOUD NEIGHBORS. The manager agreed to resolve the issue by allowing me to move into another unit. I was advised i would not be responsible for any transfer fees or anything due to the inconvenience i have been placed in. I received my rent notice and it was not what i expected. I WAS FLOORED! It included transfer fees, and all sorts of other utility fees. I took it back to the rep who rented me the apartment and was advised NOT TO DO ANYTHING. They were going to get it corrected. It was way after the 15th of the month and i started to receive demand for rent letters and certified notices and all. Until the manager finally just advised me to simply pay the rent amount i was told to pay via money order since my online account was jacked up. && It is still jacked up till this very day with additional rent fees that were not supposed to be there from the beginning. So i paid my second month's rent "the amount i was advised i needed to pay" via money order. And of course it left a remaining amount from the last fees that were NEVER removed. Then they notified me that i needed to pay it and applied a late fee of $100.00 on top of it. I am livid !!! Not the happiest tenant this has been the worst apartment i have ever lived in and dealt with. I am VERY DISSATISFIED! The Hispanic tenant beneath me sits outside and smokes weed ALL DAY LONG and i have children!!! They are filthy and I'm constantly fighting their pests daily in my home that I'm paying well over $1500.00 for. NOTHING in this apartment is up to date or worth the amount of rent I'm being charged. But sadly my family needs a place to live. This place however is an outrage.

image My company does a lot of work for arbors at Brookfield, it is a beautiful environment and the staff/management are great people. Bryan,Nora and Dinecia have an incredible professional attitude. Are always polite & have fantastic attitudes each day. You guys are AWESOME!!

image Shane H.- Leasing Professional at the Arbors at Brookfield Apartments in Mauldin,SC is the best. We had a difficult situation caused by a previous employee that fell upon her shoulders. In 24 hours she fixed the error. She really went above and beyond for us. We love it here and feel blessed to live in this beautiful and caring community.
Since Shane left Arbors at Brookfield in Mauldin SC my experience with the front office has not been favorable. They never answer the phone or return my calls. I have begun placing my concerns/complaints via the entrata Residential portal. As of March, 2024 I am receiving timely responses. I do appreciate the improvements. I do receive personalized attention when I enter the front office. With my busy schedule I rarely have time to physically go to the office. The maintenance staff is excellent!

image The process was fairly simplex.
There are several issues with the electric throughout apartment. No fire extinguisher in apartment or in the exterior walkway per fire martial code. Mold in bathrooms, around windows, and sliding door to porch.
