Rates are over THREE TIMES HIGHER than Bucksport Water. My bill is $55 per month now, where it was $17 per month with Bucksport Water. And we don't even drink the tap water. If the ridiculous rates aren't bad enough, they charge $3 to pay the monthly bill online. THIEVES.

Worst water company ever!! They turned our water off a few weeks after moving into our new home ..we informed them we were new to the area and dont know about their strict rules ..they cut our water off a second time with a past due balance we never seen ..because they never sent us a bill ..so that was the reasoning for shutting off our water yet again !! We have 3 children this is so unacceptable!! The first time they cut our water off our bill was $20 ..so petty..not to mention how rude the staff is ..omg will be reporting them

You mail your bill in plenty of time to not get charged a late fee. But evidently it takes someone a long time to do there job or there's not enough people or someone's tryed make a way make more money 3 weeks as a matter a fact. It's late on 15th it cleared my bank on 18th so they had it in plenty of time someone needs to recheck this equation. Greatly Appreciated
