        The pros we saw: Nice outside appearance. Roomy driveway for the outside units. Cons: Rooms small, especially the bedrooms. Not sure if a king bed would even fit in the master. It would be a tight fit if it did. Guest room even smaller. The finishes were ok but more upscale in other places. We toured at 3pm because we wanted to see the light. Even with bright sun, very little natural light came in. Pool very small. For the price point, there are many better options in the area.

        Wonderful, brand new townhouse community here in NMB. All up to date, modern appliances equipped with smart home technology. Also, the easiest move in process Ive ever had with the help of Tyler!

        I communicated with Tyler, the property manager, over the phone in hopes to move to the Myrtle Beach area. Unfortunately due to certain circumstances, I had to stay put. However, I would recommend Tyler to anyone searching for a home in the area as he was pleasant to deal with and provided me all the information I needed to make a decision. Can't express enough praise for my experience.

        This property is amazing! Love the location! Everything is close by which is a huge plus. The North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex is right across the street with a great dog park. Nature trails right behind the community as well! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, great community!
