This Starbucks used to be my favorite. Not anymore.What happened with nice customer service and fast service? Very unhappy faces at 8 am. Had a simple order coffee and croissant online. It says order ready Then I walked in and surprise, rude customer service not even a good morning. Place was empty on a Saturday . Waited 20 minutes for my croissant which by the way they said they gave it to a drive-thru customer. After the long wait, not an apology or anything , have a nice day . I thought for a minute I was at McDonalds but not, McDonald's actually has customers, I was the only one there.
