        Great experience from the first look to my new home. Beautiful apartments and great amenities! Highly recommend! Kasondra was wonderful. She was very patient and knowledgeable. The showing to the signing went very smoothly. Since moving in Brooke, Kasondra and Angelica have been helpful and friendly at all times. I really appreciate their attitude and commitment to keeping Hawthorne Waterway a beautiful place to call home.

        We love our new apartment and all the room we have including the nice bathrooms. Having the washer and dryer included was a plus. Everything is brand new which is so refreshing. The people are super nice and always waving as they go by.

        Although I like it here, paying almost 1700 a month total for a 1 bedroom, you should have a parking spot in front of your building!!!!!
