One of the most terrible apartment complexes Ive lived in. Shootings happen nearby, I know our building specifically has had multiple issues with domestic violence. Me and my roommate were harassed by a drunk guest while we were trying to use the gym. Staff is rude most of the time. Had a maintenance man get mad at me when he couldnt get into my apartment because we had a dead lock on the door, he showed up unannounced because of a miscommunication with the office (apparently). Rent went up by $200 even though no improvements were made to the apartment, and if we wanted to renew our lease it was gonna go up $500 more. Edit: I have talked to them about these problems before, so Im not sure why theyre asking me to reach out again other than to make it seem like they care for the people who might see this review. Every time weve tried to bring up these issues, theyre left unresolved.

Absolutely horrible, in addition to living among drugs, cockroaches and apartments in poor condition, there is never parking and customer service is the worst. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
