        I needed my windows cleaned before the "next available" and they worked me in. The guys showed up on time, were polite, and efficient. Made sure I was pleased with the work and I was. Exterior windows and gutters cleaned.

        Trevor and Chandler with Window Hero were fantastic and they did an amazing job on my exterior windows!! I am so very happy with how clean they are and the professionalism of Window Hero! Trevor and Chandler were very timely and explained everything before starting. I will definitely be using them again and telling everyone about the great service I received from Window Hero.         Very profession and window cleaning came out okay. Disappointed that they kept trying to upsell and not just do the full clean 100%. Example: if I wanted all dirt removed from window sills, I would need extra charge for power washing. If there were water stains I would need to be charged for extra chemicals to clean it off. None of this was discussed in the original quote.

      Ms. Lisa, thank you for your business. Window sills are inside and we wipe them down with interior cleaning. The original request was for a soft wash which you opted not to do after we started. This would have cleaned your window frames. We also talked about the process of window restoration aka extra chemical before we started and the requested service was to clean the windows. Again, we do appreciate your business.
