        I dropped off my papers 2 weeks later they didn't call me . I called them to find out if they was done . No answer. Left a message no reply. Called them back late in the day . They said oh yes I was going to give you a call back later. Needless to say when I got there to sign they wasn't done right . Was there almost 3 hours waiting on them to be done right . Still not sure they are done right .

        My preparer John was nice, but the office was in total disarray, and was very unorganized. It took six visits to actually get mine and my two kids' taxes filed. I dropped off my information two weeks previous to the tax deadline only to have to file an extension due to the office only having one person working in it.
