I highly recommend my lovely friend Sandra Sturkie if you're thinking of moving to the greater Columbia, SC area. Sandra was our real estate agent when we moved from Texas to South Carolina in 2021, and she made this HUGE, tricky transition as smooth as possible for us. Buying a home is a HUGE deal--it's a huge change and investment. So it's crucial to find someone who is not only professional, but who is personable and is someone you can trust and rely on. Also someone who doesn't mind going the extra mile so that you can find your perfect home that's within your price range. Sandra excelled in all of these qualities as our realtor. Not only did she communicate well with us and everyone involved, and was timely about everything, but it was important to us to close as quickly as possible on our new home. This process usually takes at least 4 weeks, but Sandra knew this was important to us, so she got it done in 3 weeks! Also she not only gets along well with everyone she meets, but she truly goes above and beyond in everything she does. That's just who she is. So if you're looking for a realtor in the Midlands region of South Carolina, I recommend Sandra. My husband had found her on YouTube and with him being Puerto Rican, knowing that she also speaks Spanish gave him the confidence that he was going to be heard and understood with what he wanted in a home. She was very attentive and understood our needs as a military couple, we were able to find a beautiful home in a wonderful neighbourhood.

Sandra made our home buying experience perfect. We first found her because of her great YouTube videos highlighting all sort of stuff about the greater Columbia SC area.
