Having bought and sold several homes, we know a good Realtor when we meet one, and Davin Caulder is fantastic! We are so thankful to have Davin as our Realtor. He is professional, knowledgeable, and knows the local market well. He is quick to respond, always with courtesy and positivity. We moved away before listing our home, but felt that we left our home in good hands with him. He handled everything as if it were his own home, and has helped us to coordinate with professional photography, detailed interior cleaning, and a great landscaping team. Davin was proactive in addressing issues before we even thought to ask him. He gave frequent updates, and was always one step ahead with promoting and marketing our house. Davin has great drive and a willingness to do whatever is needed to take care of his clients and their homes. Thank you Davin!

Mitch was an agent I would recommend. He was available when I called, professional and personable. Researched my request, and provided sound information. Most importantly, he didn't hound me after our interaction.

The BEST real estate agent I have ever worked with hands down, is Ed Holshouser! If I could give 20 stars and a million alpacas I would! Ed is very, very honest and truly enjoys getting to know his clients. He handled the purchase of our home and he dealt with a tremendous amount of difficulty from the sellers agent who was pretty non-existent through the entire process. If we had our way, Ed would have received the entire commission. The bottom line here is that Ed Holshouser is a SUPERB realtor and I will recommend him to everyone I know who is looking to buy. Ed is also retired Military and very much supports the military community nearby. If you want an agent that has the upmost integrity and will work very hard for you, Ed is your #1. We are very blessed and grateful to know him.
