Waited an hour for our pizza to be delivered but never received it. Called and they said they they were short drivers. It shouldn't say the expected delivery time if they can't even deliver the order. Called to cancel and now I have to wait a few days to get my money back. Worst ever.

Possibly the worst customer service and website in the modern Era.
They put coupons on website, charge ridiculous fees, then say you did not have enough for delivery.
My order was $30 + and they said they need a $15 order to deliver.
Fake Italian food.
I thought I try it, don't do it!
So, we tried again... ordered $70 + for PICK UP on line... we get, " you must order $15 or more.
I would make this place over 2m per quarter. These are children Trying to be entrepreneurs.
Tried to order pick up, no one even greeted or asked if I needed help when I got there.
If a minus star..... choose this wannabe Northern pie .
It's disgusting.
