We’d also like to clarify a few points based on our interactions with you:On March 26th at 2:23pm, I reached out to follow up after our crew had completed the day's work. My intention was to ensure everything met your expectations and to assure you that any necessary touch-ups would be taken care of promptly. During our conversation, you mentioned a few touch-ups in the downstairs bathroom. I apologized for any missed spots and offered to address them the following morning. However, you reassured me that it was "no big deal" as you planned to handle it yourself. After our discussion, we mutually agreed that everything else looked great, and you confirmed readiness for the invoice to be sent.On March 29th at 12:45PM, I arrived at your home to collect the check. Before leaving, I confirmed with you if everything still looked good, to which you replied, "Yep, all good"Later on Easter Sunday at 3:16PM, I received a text from you stating that you needed to purchase some paint rollers to "paint behind three toilet tanks." In response, I apologized and asked if I could come out to touch up those few spots the following morning. Your reply was, "No, but thanks."Regarding the invoice, we apologize for any confusion. White Elephant Painting is a division of Black Walnut Construction. We were fully prepared to address any necessary touch-ups and ensure the job met your standards before sending an invoice for a completed project. Despite your decision to decline our services, we're here to make things right if you reconsider. Thank you for your feedback.
