I had the worst experience today! I could easily say it is because Im a Black woman, but I dont want to believe that. But based on how I was treated by the front desk receptionist compared to the three white men that were after me, I can justify this. I attempted to share with her what my daughter needed for her to input her insurance information. It should have already been imputed because I completed the forms prior to coming and because the last visit they uploaded it, and because I had to have her pediatrician compete a pre-authorization. I dont know what more could have been provided but because of her belligerent, disrespectful behavior, I wasted time today and my daughter was unable to be seen. I asked for a manager and while I was able to speak with the business manager, I would still appreciate a manager contacting me because this experience was extremely traumatic. As I shared with her, you have no idea what a person encounters and those that were in the waiting room also shared how sad they were to see her behave in this manner. While I understand that things have changed since my daughter was seen last July based on insurance, they are aware that she has insurance. In order for us to even have a referral her primary had to submit an authorization for her insurance to approve. Additionally, she has Medicaid because she was a premature baby so I dont know if knowing that she has this in addition to her TriCare made her think less of us, but her entire behavior was inappropriate. As a professional; a lawyer and a college professor, I teach my students about communication and actively listen and I challenge your company to ensure this is done more effectively because this was beyond traumatic for me and this was the second time that we have come and could not be seen. As a mother of a g-tube feed baby who has 9 other specialty doctors, 4 in-home therapies, my time is limited and this day was wasted because of that one black haired lady in the front who could have been a bit nicer and taken the time to see that everyones situation is not the same!

I want to recommend Dr Hilton. He did a great job Handling my Husband's melanoma. He kept us informed every step of the way. There's nothing else to say Doctor Hilton is the best

Child had an appointment here this am at 9 am. Due to the nasty attitude and disrespect from front office staff , I canceled the appointment on site. Never even made it to see the doctor. Also noticed the waiting are was unkept. Disappointed in the location, absolutely not how you treat people.
