The mortgage department at this company particularly in the escrow department, is extremely disorganized and not customer service friendly. No one can make a simple decision on basic math without researching it for a month. It has taken them three years to straighten out my overpayment of taxes in my mortgage payment even after they send me a refund every year. And the mortgage online secure message center is a joke and waste of time. I sent messages that were unanswered for over three weeks and only after a phone call when they were told of my unanswered messages, a response was finely given. I have never encountered this type of service with the many mortgage companies I have dealt with n the past. Stay away from this company.
