We recently used Jeremy as a mortgage broker to fund a Fannie Mae Homestyle loan. It was no small undertaking. The intricacies of a homestyle loan were numerous and complicated. Jeremy stayed on top of everything and we closed on time. Even when everyone thought it wouldn't actually be possible. If you want a go getter that will communicate with you and bring you to the finish, Jeremy is your guy!

If only I had the time to explain the entire back story of all the challenges we have faced with having to get out of contract for a house we were building that is still not completed, to having to stay in temporary housing, to putting an offer in on a different house, to needing our loan completed with very short notice! My husband called Jeremy and asked him for help with expediting our loan so we could close as soon as possible.. Jeremy and his team stepped up and made it happen in record time. He guided us through the entire process and it was seamless!! We worked with Jeremy about 5 years ago, within that 5 years we have stayed in contact and he has always been willing to answer questions and help in any way. Jeremy is trustworthy and a man of great character! We cannot thank him enough
