Internal Medicine Associates

I've been a patient at this practice for years. I've not experienced issue with them EVER until I was assigned Dr Narvaez because Dr Diamond retired last year. Dr Narvaez spends much more time interacting with his computer than examining or getting to know patient. Now I learn he has misstated info in my medical record & for some reason doesn't seem to have access to past medical procedures performed at this same practice over the years. Healthcare has really slipped in America.

Dr. Naravez took his time to understand my dads health conditions and spent time talking and explaining many different health conditions. He had great bed side manner, was compassionate, and very friendly. He always has my dads best interest in mind. The office is clean, the staff is kind, and I feel confident that they truly care for my dad. We were taken in for his appointment promptly and did not have a long wait. Highly recommend.

All the staff are courteous and friendly. Dr Steptoe is one of the best. Treats you with respect , takes the time to talk and the whole office staff never makes you feel like they are rushing you out.

Gretchen and her staff have been phenomenal. I havent been to the doctors since I was a child and I had a lot of concerns and questions and they have all been so pleasant and kind and great to work with. Im so glad I chose them to treat me.
