since our Doctor left their response to anything is a joke. wont answer phones can't get ahold of nobody. my wife went for back pain was sent home told to wait for a referral two wks. ago.they are the worst. will be looking for a new Doctor elsewhere.

Since Dr. Olsen left, the office is unresponsive. I'm sick with a sinus infection & called Thursday morning & left a message. No response. I called again Friday morning and finally got through to a person who told me the NP only works M & Tu. Would have been good to know that and that her messages aren't returned. So I have to wait over the weekend to be seen on Monday when all I need is a simple antibiotic called in. I've been a patient there for many years. I'll look for a different provider. Miss you Dr. Olsen.

No wonder why this office got very bad reviews. I think you deserve it. I wish I can give you ZERO. I have been there for a couple years but last time I went there. Things have changed. Staffs are so rude and didn't help anything at all. Office have changed the system so it seems like staffs and physician has struggled with it. My physician had been complaining rudely all time and didn't even know I was there for appointment (for almost 3 hours). She only noticed my husband so I had to tell her. I got the first bill and could make a payment easily but soon after I got the second bill. I called an office but someone from billing department couldn't find my bill and gave me another number to call because they changed the new system. The way she talked and her voice was so rude and didn't try to help. PLEASE AVOID to this office as previous comments said. I already switched.
