        Like the other review, I too called and emailed several CPA firms. Frank (owner and CPA with decades of experience) was the only one to reply and went out of his way to help me (I'm not even his client yet); and he did it the day before a holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone I know there. Great place!

        Called Several CPA offices to find out about Captial Gains Taxes and was respectfully declined because I was not a client of theirs. Frank Douglass was more than willing to discuss it with me even though I was NOT his client!
