I have used QPHA for the last 8 years and have been extremely pleased with their service in all respects from on time arrival to quality service requiring professional knowledge and expertise - always go the extra mile to solve your problem. 10/8/18 - Just had my bi-annual preventive maintenance - always on time - called ahead to confirm and as usual does a great job keeping our system to maximum efficiency - Thanks QPHA! 03/19/19 - bi-Annual preventive maintenance - ditto to my previous reviews - if you start right you finish right - don't hesitate to start with QPHA! -- 09/30/2019 Another year renewing my contract with QPHA - never disappoints - on time or early arrivals - friendly and courteous with the technical expertise needed to insure continued and safe operation. Thanks QPHA! 06/2020 In for my spring checkup and as usual did a great job - overall check found a few things that needed to be fixed to keep it running good. As usual prompt, friendly -- wouldn't consider anyone else to keep us protected - great job Will - again QPHA Many Thanks 10/2020 - Renewing my yearly contract with QPHA -- My past reviews reflect exactly what happened this time with QPHA - keeps the unit running to peak efficiency and great to have someone you can continually count on should occasion ever require. Many thanks again QPHA :) 04/2021 - Received a call from Palmetto Air Conditioning that they have taken over Quality plus heat and air customers in a buyout. Sorry to see them close as they have been a great supplier for heat and air service for me, however, nothing stays the same, so I wish them well in retirement and many thanks for the good attention we received - God Bless.

I have been doing business with Quality Plus for over 15 years and they have always been very reasonably priced and professional. They are the Best!!

I called for a tech to come look at my system and was able to have someone come out the same day. The tech that came out, Frankie, was polite and courteous and did not give up when we were both stumped on what was going on. He didn't try to up sell me items I didn't necessarily need and was able to fix the issue without having me buy those items. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has heating/air issues. I know if I experience any issues here or in a future home in Columbia, I will be giving them a call.
