Edgewood A D.R. Horton Community

Trash builder, wont buy again or recommend. Endless issues in the few years weve been here, from shingles lifting up twice; creaky floor boards; sheet rock under the carpeting creating lumps; vinyl flooring lifting up; bowed walls and baseboards; the back yard aka the gift that keeps on giving with builders trash items left behind under the sod like coke cans, glass, bottle caps, etc. (I wonder what well find this week!); plastic used as a cheap alternative to metal in certain things like plumbing; loose wall fixtures; I couldnt be more unhappy with DR Horton.

Although I love the quiet community D.R. Horton could have done a better job at building these homes. They have a lot of flaws, and they never came back out to finish our warranty work.

I deliver the roof trussesfor Builders First Source so I see the quality and the craftsmanship of each individual home that is being built and I'll tell you what this is a good deal and these are great homes
